With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Daniel is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. A 2020 graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology (specializing in strength and conditioning), Daniel holds certifications such as NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRC), and Pain-Free Performance Specialist, among others.

Daniel has worked with a diverse range of clients, including professional and collegiate athletes, high-level executives, and CEOs. As a lifelong athlete, his passion for fitness began early and evolved into a commitment to guiding others toward improved movement, functionality, and overall health.
